I called Tracy on a Wednesday and she and Robert came on a short notice that Friday after moving some clients around. I wanted to surprise my wife and get the house really clean for our boys first birthday. Tracy and Robert did an absolute amazing job leaving no detailed untouched.

Tracey's Clean Sweep provides excellent service at a very fair rate. I cannot be more pleased with the work they do. Their attention to detail is impressive. They clean things that I would not expect as part of a weekly service. They have positive, "can-do" attitudes. They provide suggestions on improvements I can make to avoid mold and mildew. They use products that are safe and kind to my furniture ? some of which is antique. They have helped me solve problems, such as bad stains on my garage floor. No matter what cleaning issue or concern I may have, Tracey has an idea for a solution. She is willing to help do anything. I have even called on Tracey to help me move heavy things. She is very strong and willing to help. She is always there for me and I feel supported and cared for with the work she does. Her dedication to her company, her reputation and to her clients is evident from everything she says and does. She always asks if I am pleased before she leaves and has made it clear that she will fix anything if I am not happy ? and of course, this has NEVER happened. I wish I could write such a glowing review for other services I have had in my home. But I find that today so many people provide the minimum necessary to get the job done. They barely respect me and my home and I feel stressed when they work. Then I often find the repair fails shortly after they leave. Shoddy work is rampant and that is one reason why I appreciate a site like Angie?s list to help me sort through the possible service people. Tracey?s Clean Sweep is the exact opposite of poor service ? they are superb. Tracey?s Clean Sweep belongs on the gold star platform on Angie?s List ? if they had one! I traveled for about a month recently and because I trust Tracey completely, I asked her to house sit for me. She was wonderful and reliable in doing this, letting me know when there had been storms and assuring me that all was well in my house. I was very comfortable being away, even during hurricane season ( and I live near a river ?so this is a dangerous time for flooding) knowing that Tracey was checking on my house. I could go on and on, singing her praises, and am happy to provide a personal reference for Tracey to anyone who needs one. It is safe to say that Tracey can attack any cleaning problem with energy, experience, and a determination to make it right. This is just not a quality I have found with impersonal cleaning services, nor with individuals who seem to be working to just squeak by. Cleaning services are quick and inefficient. Tracey is quick, careful, efficient and effective. I look forward to having Tracey come into my home and always have a clean, sweet smelling home when she is finished. Tracey is a wonderful human being and I would trust her with anything.

I initially used Tracey for a deep clean, but I have continued using her service for the past year. She is the best because she has made my life simple (and my house spotless!). She comes in and makes the house look and smell amazing. She does small things, like unloading the dishwasher or putting fresh sheets on a bed, that aren't expected. Every time Tracey is here she detail cleans my kitchen, including the burners on the stove. Tracey takes pride in what she does and that shows in my house. We appreciate all she does. The service is a luxury that is well worth the price.

I've been really pleased with the housecleaning that Tracey and Robert provide. I always prefer to use a single contractor vice a service that uses multiple employees that rotate in and out because I feel like I get much better continuity of service. Tracey made my house immaculate before we moved in. The price ($600) was very fair for a full house move-in clean plus windows. I paid a very similar rate the previous month for a move-out clean at our previous residence. Since then, Tracey has come back on a biweekly basis to clean. If we are being honest, I am not an ideal client. I have 2 dogs that shed competitively and despite having our belongings delivered a month ago, we still have boxes everywhere and nothing is organized. Despite that, my house looks and smells clean at least two days/month thanks to Tracey. She checked to make sure that I was pleased with the service she provided and has been great about scheduling a time that is convenient to me. The value for the price is great! I don't expect her to deep clean my whole house every time she visits, what I am looking for is someone that can help me keep up the house so that it never gets to the point again where I need a massive deep clean. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to someone who was looking for either a move-in/move-out clean or a regular housecleaning service.

Fabulous. Tracey is ready to help with anything that is needed. I live with my elderly father and I had left town for business and the heat of the summer kicked in sooner than expected. My father didn't know how to work the thermostats so I called Tracey for a somewhat emergency- she kindly stopped by the house to turn on the central air for Dad- the temperatures reached near 100 that weekend and I'm so grateful that Tracey could come by and turn on the A/C for him- at no charge. That's just one example of what Tracey will do if needed. I thoroughly trust her and Robert to clean the house if I'm not home and look out for any potential problems. We had an invasion of tiny ants in our kitchen and despite my contract with Terminex and multiple treatments, the ants continued without any improvement- Tracey recommended a local pest person who identified the colony and who permanently solved the problem. I know I can call on Tracey for any situation that I either can't handle or am not available to handle myself. I am thoroughly satisfied with the cleaning service and know that I get good value for my money. For my previous homes, I have used larger cleaning services, and their employees are simply not as invested/interested in the needs of their customers. A smaller company whose owner provides the actual service is a better value for the money.

Tracey and Robert are absolutely the best people I have ever had clean my home whether it was here or where I used to live in New York. They always arrive when they say they will, clean efficiently, pay attention to details, remain upbeat and cheerful. They are a delight to have in my home. I look forward to seeing them every other week.

It went very well. I didn't see them come in and they were gone by the time I came home. The house smelled fresh and clean.

Excellent job and very thorough, especially considering the price. She came in a few days before to inspect the house and discuss what she could do given our budget and returned a few days later for the job. I would highly recommend!

Tracey and her assistant Robert are outstanding! My biggest praise is their attention to detail. I don't think my house has ever been as clean as it is after they leave! They clean all the surfaces and places I don't want to and never do (appliances, track for the shower door, inside the microwave). Tracey also sends me a text message the day before they come as a reminder and to confirm the time. I love that! Highly recommended!

Tracey and Robert (her assistant) are simply amazing. When she left the house was perfect. There was not a speck of dirt left! She used cleaners that did not overwhelm and we were especially impressed with the bathrooms and kitchen. These rooms literally sparkled. She cannot be recommended highly enough! Our very dirty house was so wonderfully cleaned that we have regularly scheduled cleaning appointments. She is an outstanding professional.

Tracey and her crew are excellent! They bring their own tools (vacuum, mops) and products (cleaners, polishes). They are always on time. Tracey phones the night before to confirm appointment and arrival time. When they are finished, my house glows and smells wonderful. One of the best providers I have ever had.

I saw Tracey's ad in the local newspaper and looked up her website. I decided to leave her a email with my phone number thinking I would hear from her in a few days. She called me back that same evening to set up a time to come and give an estimate for the work I needed done! Tracey emailed me the night before she was to come and confirmed that she would be here so everything was a go. I am very well please with Tracey as the baseboards, walls and molding were cleaned. Floors and light fixtures were done. Vacuuming was done and floors were mopped. My office was organized, which was amazing!!!! She even hung my clothes and washed some blankets! I do recommend Tracey's Clean Sweep if you need help around the house!!!!!

she did ok, but missed several details. Corners of master shower weren't cleaned, bathroom light fixtures weren't cleaned, she didn't move any objects to dust; simply dusting around them. She didn't clean my glass top on my kitchen table. My wood floors looked good.

I am more than satisfied with the cleaning. Sometimes there are extras or different work I want done and it's never a problem.

Tracey is very busy (which is always a good sign) and I scheduled a one time visit. She performed the service as we had discussed and I was happy with the result.

Tracey is first and foremost a professional. In addition to confirming the appointment, she followed up afterwards to be sure that I was happy with her work. I can guarantee that our offices have never been cleaned to the degree that Tracey and her crew performed. Tracey has a way of making you feel cared for, tended to, and respected and ndash; all of which should be a part of hiring someone to clean your home or office. I cannot say enough good things about Tracey's Clean Sweep, except call them! You'll be glad you did.
