Description of Work: Call it a B+ so far. Connected internet service up to 50 Mbps including wireless cable modem. Installer was courteous & interested on my satisfaction. We'll see how it goes.

 + 1 moreThey are always on the spot. Their internet is fast, whenever I have a problem, I call them and they fix it over the phone, or they send someone out.

 + 0 moreSuddenlink is really expensive and that is my only complaint. They were over-priced for what we got. We are changing services to another company. The overall experience was average. They are kind of slacking. The people are not very personable. They are kind of gloomy and don't seem very happy to be working there.
Description of Work: We returned our equipment to Suddenlink.
