+ -1 moreIt was fine. I wasn't exactly thrilled with his work. He just didn't get the carpet as clean as I expected.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in livingroom and bedroom. He also cleaned the small runners.

+ -1 moreWe made a phone call to the company to get all the details and answers to our questions before we had the work done. From the friendly help and the satisfactory answer to our questions that we received from that phone call, we decided to have them do the job. Also, we were ok with the price estimate that we received during that phone call. We were given an acceptable window of time for the crew to arrive to start the job. The two men arrived at our house within that time. They explained what they would do before they started the job and gave us the total price before they started. We had one area that had the worst stain and they cautioned us that they may not be able to get it all out. They did a good job on that and there is just a trace left of that stain in a small area. We're ok with that. We were ok with the price. They didn't have to move any of our furniture as we had already done most of that. They said that there would be a charge for some furniture moving that they do, but that didn't apply to us. As I don't know how the price compares to other companies estimates, I could not give them an excellent on that rating. The price we paid included the cleaning and also a type of stain treatment similar to Scotchgard. They do offer a military discount. They did say that if we aren't happy they will correct any problems. They were friendly guys. We would recommend them to clean your carpets. Most likely, we will be using them again
Description of Work: I was able to find online a list of questions to ask a carpet cleaning company. This companies answers to those questions helped me determine that they would be a good choice for my rug cleaning. We had the carpets in a master bedroom, and a living room and 1 area rug cleaned by them. They used steam extraction from a truck mounted system. It was the first time I've had that done and both my wife and I were happy with the results.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job on it and I could not praise them anymore. They had to clean the stained carpets and I had to spend $200 for a living room, two bedrooms and a hallway cleaned. They were extremely friendly. They did it fast as I was on a time crunch as I had to back over here to get my kids off the school bus. So they did really fast and did a really fantastic job on the carpet they got and pretty much got stains out of everywhere. I would highly recommend them to other people. Their price was reasonable and pretty much as to what I expected to spend.
