+ -1 moreWe did not like them. They were terrible. If you are looking for some security then that is not the place to go. They did not respond to us and they did not get our equipment checked long after we changed company. The quality was not as good as what we have now. We have this security now which is really great.
Description of Work: We used PMI Inc. We no longer have them. The last time was when we had a lightning strike and we were without security for four days and we just changed company.

+ -1 moreThey did a fabulous job. They put everything through the walls and didn’t make a mess. They didn’t make a mess and we can use that remotely to turn on the alarm and check it from Connecticut before we move in. It's a smaller company and he's been doing it a long time.
Description of Work: They put in a security system for our new home.
