 + -1 moreI was using orkin for the past 2.5 years. Although i really liked my technician, the service was not very good. I felt that i had to chase this person down often to get an appointment. Plus, the bugs were never really controlled. i have since moved to a different service provider.

Description of Work: We have been using the services over a few months now and are very pleased with the outcome of exterminating all bugs, ants, ect. The only thing that is a slight downside is that it is a little pricey. The first month was $130, and then every other visit is $86, however they do gurantee results unblike other companies that we tried using, and with that we are happy with Orkin. I guess that is the price you pay for quality service. Will definately continue to utilize this company for awhile.

 + -1 moreI use them every month and if I see any insects and spiders or anything at all they'll come. I'm in any idea in that month and if I see anything they'll come back and spray again for free. I would definitely use them again in the future because I had centipedes that started coming into the house after it started raining so much or millipedes actually and they came right back the very next day and I called them like an afternoon and the came right out the very next day and sprayed my whole house again for free.

 + -1 moreHe was polite, courtesy and friendly. They were professional, and sensitive to my time constraints. They would call ahead of time so I could assist my mother who is an a wheelchair, so they could treat the house.
Description of Work: They would come every three months and spay the inside and out of of the house for pest control. They would treat the yard and the house as well.

 + -1 moreThey do so much more than the normal companies that I have dealt with as far as termite control. I was amazed at the amount of work they put. They found a colony of termites in one of my bedrooms. They went completely around the walls of my house and drilled holes down into the foundation and retreated my entire block. They took care of everything. A man spent an entire day out here drilling holes through the concrete foundation and filling it with termite control and re-installing the plugs. It was an excellent job. I feel completely confident that we will not get any termites or any other bugs for that matter. They come every other month and check.

 + -1 moreWe use them every other month. We were having a lot of trouble with ants that were coming in. I'd grade them A's across the board, they are very good with their work, they do their job even if I am gone, and they always call in ahead of time. It costs me $88.25 for every 2 months.

Description of Work: I became alarmed when I discovered ,that two years have past without a service inspection from my pest control company, Mays Exterminators co. I went online & researched several companies,Orkin looked best to me... I discovered that pest control & termite control are separate services.Joe Fries,pest controller,came out, inspected my house,inside-outside,treated for all the spiders,sowbugs,ants,etc...After informing me about separation of services,he called the Co.and arranged for the termite inspector to come out.Said inspector came out the next day and dicovered termite sign in one of my bedrooms!! we made a contract,at that time.He arranged for the termite exterminator to treat my home for termites. I can state,without reservations, I've never seen a more comprehensive or professional job!Jerry did it right! these Guys were outstanding in all ways that matter to a customer! I will have "no worries" about termites or creepy-crawlies...henceforth..
