Description of Work: Was referred to John by Realtors in New Bern and we could not have been more pleased! My retired parents were moving closer to family in Alabama and I contacted John to see about coming out and giving us an estimate. John came out to their house in New Bern and was very professional, courteous, kind, and considerate! After getting a couple other estimates from two National well known moving companies, we decided to go with John's Service Co. - my wife and I had been in town to help my parents clear the house of clutter and to help pack most of their belongings for the move but we could not stay to complete packing everything. John included packing in his estimate and on the day of the move, he and his crew arrived and packed up all that was left, loaded in their truck and delivered everything in my parents 3600 square feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bath with office, sun room, garage, and FROG, including some large heavy antique furniture (which they custom built a crate to protect it) and a parlor grand piano!
