+ -1 moreWe have used Ernuls in the past for my home and had excellent service. I called them to rekey the locks for our church after a change of leadership. As planned, they called 30 minutes before arriving, performed the work professionally, and at a fair price. I am fully satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: Ernuls rekeyed three existing locks for the same key and provided 8 spare keys.

+ -1 moreI locked my keys in my car with the car running. When I called the business number, there was a voicemail that said to call the cell phone if there was "a lockout emergency." So, I called the cell number, NO ANSWER. I left a message about what I had done. It has been three days and no return call as yet! When I called the business number two days later, the female who answered the phone promptly told me that "Someone answers all calls as long as the office is closed." I explained to her that NO ONE answered the phone, nor did they call me back! She basically argued with me about the issue. Then she had the NERVE to say "Call us in the future if you need help!" NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! DO NOT CALL ERNUL'S!! YOU WILL STILL BE LOCKED OUT WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL BACK!! Call A-1 instead.
Description of Work: They did not perform any service, that is the problem.
