They did a good job of fixing the roof. It took a day or two longer than I expected. Over the winter and into the summer, I noticed that the water damage was not fixed. I found it out because I was upstairs in the bathroom and the tile floor was kind of loose. I contacted a buddy of mine who does house construction to get his view. He found the entire floor, which was just 3/4-inch plywood on top of regular floor, was all dry rotted. I had to rip up the entire bathroom and replace four of the visible ten 2x4 plywood and some of the tile. I asked them for one thing and they did half of it and let the other half go. They fixed the cause of my problem, which was the leak in the roof. I had told the estimator that I also needed the water-damaged area fixed too. He told me that they could do it and I ran with it. I thought it was going to be a lot cheaper than I originally thought it would. Come to find out, they just fixed the roof and that was it. The company was very professional. There was a rain day and that is why it took longer than expected. If my only concern were the leaking roof, I would have no complaints. Due to the fact that I had a leaky roof and water damage that I wanted corrected, they did not fix it. I had to put another $6,000 out of pocket. The estimator told me one thing and that didn't happen. I had done some shopping and they were the cheapest, but the quotes I got were for both repairs. They were real professional and laid down tarps in the house, so they didn't track anything. They were not laughing and smoking on the roof. They were there to do a job and they did it well. Every time I called the company, I got a swift answer almost right away. I would hire them in the future, but I would definitely specify what I want done and make sure they understood.
Description of Work: I used Eckloff Roofing Services to fix the roof because I had a leak coming from the second story to the first. When I noticed it, it was really saturating the walls. I was under the impression that they were going to not only repair the roof, but also fix the part that was damaged by the water.

His was prompt and after almost 10 years, he redid the roof. There are plenty of professionals that would not have called you back after that length of time. It is a galvanized tin roof and it was starting to rust before it should have. He found out that it was because it was not properly vented so he fixed the problem.
Description of Work: Eckloff Roofing Services put the roof on my house. He has been out since then to do some more work on it.
