The firm is well represented by the two well experienced staff members that provided a great estimate to overcome many of the problems that plagued me for years with smaller gutters. The installation was done with precision showing they have worked together as a team for some time, even in the 90+ degree temperatures that prevailed. The job was OUTSTANDING and I would highly recommend their services.

I am Happy, Happy, Happy. What a nice couple of guys. We called several companies to come and give a quote and they were the only company to show up. They gave us a no hassel price and left the quote in the front door as we had discussed since my wife and I both work. I called them to go over the details and they answeared all my questions. We scheduled it and they came on the date and time as agreed. They even called me in advance of there arrive as I had asked. There is a 5 yr warrenty on labor and a 20 year warrenty on material. After they installed the gutters it has been raining off and on for a week. What a difference the gutters have made. They even walked me around and explained the function of every gutter and whay they were doing it it as they had laid it out. I paid by credit czard with no problems. I am Happy, Happy, Happy.

Mr Clark and assistant arrived and promptly, went to work.. They replaced one section of L-shaped gutter..... The job lasted approx 1i/2 hours. Mr Clark and asst. were courteous and efficient. I AM COMPLETELY PLEASED WITH THE TRANSACTION..

Everything went fine. From the time that an estimate was given until the time work was complete was about 4 days. No mess left, and work was completed in an effortless manner. Very polite, professional and to the point.

It went well. He was polite, on time, and straight about the cost of what I needed. He didn't try to upsell me, there was no pressure and he was also pleasant to converse with. I immediately had a good feeling! He did have to push back the installation date, but it was due to the fact of a holiday falling in the time frame. He did not want to disturb us, while we were home on the holiday being there was no school or work. He showed up promptly as he said he would and got right to work. Minimal noise, and minimal mess and the product is just as described and is great! Will definitely be going back for gutter work to the back exterior of my home.

The project went like clockwork from the estimate to the swift completion of the job. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and Tom's expert advice was helpful in making the right choices.

I could not be more pleased with Tom Clark and his company. I called earlier in the week for an estimate, and he came out within two days. He was very personable, and the estimate was an interactive process in which Tom outlined his plan for gutter/downspout locations and reasons why. He was not in a rush, answered all questions, and was just a friendly individual. As we talked I found out he has been doing gutters his entire life; since the age of 15. His estimate of $430 was exactly the final cost when they came out and did the install. He said he would be there are 730 that morning, and they showed up at 715 and got to work right away. There's something to be said for a contractor who arrives at or before he is supposed to. The install was timely, of high quality, and they cleaned up all their mess. I'm and fan of seamless gutters, and you can't go wrong with Tom. He miters the corners which leaves only 1 seam. 10 year warranty on the labor and 20 on the materials. I was very impressed with the work. Clark's gutters will be around and busy as long as he wants to be.

They were professional and honest. They explained our options clearly and thoroughly, outlining the advantages and disadvantages. They were on time and did an excellent job. We had a problem with the facia board in one area. Instead of doing something to just get the job done, they explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it, being honest about the fact that they didn't do that type of work. As soon as we had the facia board repaired, they came out promptly to finish the job and didn't charge us extra, even though it involved a 70 mile round trip.
