The workers were excellent. They (two men) got there on time and got the job done all on the same day. They were punctual, friendly, professional, and worked steady. I only gave them a B on Price because it seems a bit high to pay $1072.56 for one day's work (about 6 -7 hours) but they did also provide all the trim for the living room, hall, and kitchen and they did a great job. I have a fixer upper house and for a little under $1500 (labor & materials) my living room and kitchen were transformed. I have much more work to do ....little by little.....but without hesitation I would use them again:).

Very nice people... On time an on budget

Tile, carpentry, and all work except painting was exceptional.Painters were not exceptional but overall were very good. This project was done in a professional and timely manner. The best part was that it was done long distance from start to finish without my supervision. After finished I flew to the project to see how it looked and when I discovered two very small "issues", they were corrected immediately without complaint. I couldn't have asked for a better company with which to work.

The work was completed in a timely manner with consideration for delays and adjustments to the design dictated by the local building inspector. All of the company's employees were courtious, cooperative, professional and offered numerous suggestions to improve the design. I recommend them for construction projects.

Could not have gone better

They did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have any problems with their work and I am in the process of hiring them again to install hardwood flooring.

The permiting process delayed the start of the project so we were behind schedule from the start. Freddies attention to detail is astounding. His diligence and hard work got the project back on schedule and complete in first class fashion. He stayed two steps ahead of all the workers and processes. He insisted on certain upgrades that I did not care about and they are the point of completments and conversation from people who visit. His finished product does not shout 'big box home improvement store'. His selection of materials makes every job look custom. I am very proud of my investment. His quality far excedes his price. He is a very well kept secret for home improvements in New Bern.
