Description of Work: We scheduled a dryer duct cleaning which was performed even to the point of going on our roof to clean the vent that was clogged. We discussed our heating vents, we questioned Mark about this he did not try to push this service on us. He performed a free video inspection of the vents and we contracted to have them cleaned as well at a later date. This too was performed well, very quick and efficient, clean with no mess. He even sealed some of our vents that had not been properly done by our builder.

Description of Work: Mark found a solution for cleaning our nearly inaccessible dryer vent and installing a new vent cover. He was professional, kept us informed about our options, and exceeded every expectation we had for this service. He is one-of-a-kind in our opinion!

Description of Work: He did an complete video inspection of the 19 air ducts in our home. He discussed the video as it unfolded and explained everything that we were seeing. He inspected the condition of the vents for any need of repairs and went under the house to examine the lines. He examined the units outside to see any need for cleaning and caulking for pipes, etc that went under the house. When he returned he cleaned in detail all vents, air returns, and cleaned the leaves out of the unit outside. When he started cleaning the ducts, he showed us the cleaning in progress with his video equipment and allowed us to examine the brushes that he was using. He also caulked vents that needed it and repaired the side of one. He cleaned the 3 air returns, He used a smaller l vaccum cleaner and cleaned the floors, rugs and wood work around the air returns. He also check the dryer vent to see if it needed cleaning. When asked about mice getting in under the stove, he checked the area and even cleaned under the stove. He returned the furniture to where it had been. Oh and he put individual air filters in a few of the vents. He replaced one of the air filters in the air return since it needed replacing. He also used a antimicrobial spray to disinfect and sanitize inside the air ducts. My mother is very sensitive to odors. Just as he promised, the spray was not strong and was pleasant. The scent was not lingering. The front part of the home is about 100 years old. The old house odor has been replaced with fresh air.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer ducts, installed new connector hoses to dryer, into attic and to roof. Did video inspection of house vents and gave us detailed explanation of a future job we inquired about and provided us an estimate for it.

Description of Work: Mark and his son (Ryan) cleaned my ceiling vents, the return, the dryer vent under the house and the vent trap inside the dryer. They also replaced the deteriorated vent cover on the exterior of my home.
