I called and spoke with the owner within 30 minutes, after hours on a holiday (Memorial Day) weekend. Kenny Bennett was very kind and responsive to our needs. He made every effort to assess the problem and devise a solution. Before noon the following day, a new water heater was installed in our condo. He showed genuine concern for our situation, as our daughter was down with some friends for a weekend in New Bern. It could have been a rough time for them were it not for Kenny's help. Just can't thank him enough for his service to our family. A man of integrity.

Did a good job but... ...was very expensive for the work performed. He determined the problem and reset the toilet. Was here for an hour and charged $280. Cost of parts was less than $5.

Kenny ordered the sink and faucet. We trusted him based upon our conversation site unseen for the products. Was exactly what we wanted. Installed in no time. Cleanly done no mess left. Took away old sink and all the boxes. Will definitely use Kenny again and will also recommend him.

Good job but the tech made two trips (lengthy) to the parts store and we were charged for both. This basically doubled the cost of a simple job!

Ken Bennett is a top notch plumber and a really great guy. We hired him to do the plumbing for our downstairs remodel project which involved converting the existing laundry room into a half bath, and relocating the plumbing for the washer to the newly created laundry area. When he came to our house to do the estimate for the project, he also recommended that we replace our 15 year old water heater located in the upstairs bathroom and install the new one downstairs in a better location under the stairs. Mr. Bennett's estimate for the entire project was very reasonable so we asked him how soon he could start and he said he could start in two days. Due to the amount of work we wanted him to do, we thought it would take him several days to complete the job as he normally works alone. When he came to do the work two days later, he brought another young plumber with him and told us they'd have all the work done in one day. They got to work right away and did not waste any time. The two men worked extremely well together and completed all the work to our satisfaction in about 5 hours, not even stopping for lunch.

Outstanding service! Professional, Knowledgeable, Value Added! Mr. Bennett contacted me immediately to provide information on water heater. Before I could tell him the make and model he recommended the same make of water heater. Had me send a photo of the existing water heater with height information. Turn key operation, showed up with the items he needed to get the job done! Did the job, removed the old water heater, cleaned up everything, left me all the paperwork for registering the new water heater, explained its operation. I will be using Mr. Bennett in the future for other plumbing work. He did a great job!

My water heater went out, I bought and paid for a new one at Home Depot but Bennett Plumbing Service picked it up and installed it. Nobody gave me instructions for the water heater - how to turn it up and turn it down, and I haven't been able to get them. So they left, they didn't leave the directions with me. That was my only concern.

I was very satisfied with their work. They were very prompt and came out the very next day.

He was on time and did good work but was expensive and wanted paid rite now.

I called Mr. Bennett to describe a plumbing issue I have, but he let me know my job was larger than he could handle. He was very warm, professional, and even suggested another plumber who would be able to deal with the scope of work. I will call Mr. Bennett next time I need plumbing services!!

I called Bennet Plumbing, received a voice mail message, and left a message asking for a return call. I never received a call back so I took my business elsewhere.

I called Bennett Plumbing three times. Each time I was told that they were busy and could not take my info. They said to call right back and leave the info on their machine. After three attempts and no returned call, I went elsewhere.

Toilet supply line was leaking. Mr. Bennett came as promised was very cheerful and courteous. Cleaned up work area and provided some much needed advice on future work that is needed. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Bennett and I will use his services again and would recommend him to my friends.

Kenny is always polite, very business like but can carry on a conversation while working if like me, you like to know the whys and hows of the job. see above. also this site needs to free up the copy and paste feature...

They took out the toilet and shower because my entire floor needed repaired. When the floor was repaired, he put everything back together again. I was very well impressed with him.

I had the situation corrected. I thought I needed him but in the end I didn't. I did it with my neighbor. The quote was for $125. I thought the price was a little bit on the high side but I'm ten years good. A neighbor friend of mine had some work done by him and he was happy with him. He thought as well that the plumber was a little bit on the high side but he also said that the plumber did real good work too. I did the job myself. My neighbor helped me out with it. It did save me some money. He was also going to do an outside faucet. I'm going to have that job done but I'm not sure when I'm going to have that done. I think his quote on that was a $100 and he had to have it replaced. I think he was good with his professionalism and knowledge. I haven't used him as yet and so it's hard to evaluate him. He was good with responsiveness. He got out here either the same day or the next day. I can't remember that. He was pretty responsive. I realized he could have been real busy but he wasn't that busy. I will use his services again in the future.

After tiling a bathroom floor, the flange for the toilet was not tall enough to set the toilet in correctly without any leaks. I called Mr. Bennett and he came out the same day. He installed a flange extender and new supply hose and set the toilet in place. The toilet has not leaked and I am satisfied with both the quality of the work and his quick response time.

My experience with him was good. He came when he said he was going to come. He did a good job.

I called Bennets Plumbing and left a message explaining water was leaking from the toilet tank. Kenny returned my call the same evening and came to the house the next day to look at the job and see what parts were needed. I told Kenny I bought new sets of faucets that needed to be installed. He said he would get the parts for the toilet Kenny advised he was working on another job and would be at my house with the new parts in a few days. He was true to his word , and was at the house three days later. Kenny knows what he is doing . He cleans up when the job is finished and takes away the old parts. I am completely satisfied with and would certainlyy recommend Bennet's Plumbing to anyone I know .
