Description of Work: I had Benjamin Plumbing do a natural gas pressure check on a rental property. They were to call first so we could let them in the house which was not done. This required two trips by Benjamin Plumbing. I was charged $297.50 for the two trips. I asked that the bill be reduced because of the second unnecessary trip and the owner replied "I don't give discounts to rich people".
