Initial meeting was very impressive - he seemed to understand our needs and addressed all of our concerns. What he did not relay to us was that he was going to subcontract the job out to other subpar businesses, by the time we realized that he was acting as an absentee contractor we had paid him over $20,000 and all of the siding was ripped off our house, so we were over a barrell to get the job completed. A dumpster was not provided - as originally discussed - so I ended up cleaning trash out of my neighbors yards every day from that days activities. Three months later and we're still cleaning up nails and cigarette butts from the debris strewn around the yard during siding job. The total job took over two months and upon further research - (too little too late) - cost us twice what it would have cost us had we gone with another siding expert - and the job would have been completed competantly and quickly. Upon completion of the job - he didn't even come to do a walk through to verify that the job was completed or to clean up the job site - just called and asked if the painter was done so he could pay him.
