Description of Work: I am looking into a paved driveway. I contacted Anderson Construction to compare pricing to a concrete driveway.

Description of Work: Anderson Construction re-paved our lengthy driveway, turn-around and parking area, re-covering old, worn-out asphalt paving with a heavy layer of new asphalt. The crew also paved over the (cement) lead-in from the driveway to our two-car garage, so that its old, cracked surface matches the rest of the driveway and the broken concrete surface has been reformed with a better appearance and with better drainage. Several areas of the driveway that formerly held standing water after rains have been properly graded so that the rainfall will run off more efficiently. All the crew members were courteous and professional, and answered any questions they were asked during the performance of the work. The company's owner/operator supervised the work himself, and it was performed with dispatch but with care and attention to the quality of the job. The paved areas were far thicker than the original job performed seven years ago, and I am confident the work will hold up much better and longer. Mr. Anderson listened to what I wanted before undertaking the task, and he made sure I was satisfied with the job when it was completed, and volunteered that he would return to refine the work if it was found to be in any way deficient. This is very freshly performed work, but I have every confidence that I won't need to call him back for any fixes. I am very satisfied with the work performed. The final cost of the project was slightly below the original estimate.
