Description of Work: We hired A/C plus to do a routine maintenance and check our home as we are getting ready to rent out. Not only did he check out the home but along the way gave us pointers on what to look for in the future. Was very knowledge able and friendly. He insulated the condensate pipe changed capacitors and checked to make sure house was cooling properly.

 + -1 moreIf you need an A/C unit, look no further! Dinko will solve ALL of your problems! I have NEVER received better service! i cant even say enough good things! Dinko found out I was trying to sell this house he was putting a new A/C / Heating unit in and actually had investors come to look at my house!!!!! he is absolutely the NICEST, most HONEST and sincere person I have EVER met! He was there when he said he would be, he worked very hard, was polite, did everything he said he was going to do. REALLY, I had just met this gentlemen and I felt like I knew him for years! He lined up my electrician for me, a potential buyer, and put in a FANTASTIC system! He really went above and beyond a standard installation! Please, if you need a unit or work done,and you want it done right, and you want to be happy with your decision, USE THIS COMPANY!!! You WILL NOT be sorry!!! This little bit of writing does not do DINKO justice! I have been in Restaurant Management for years and am accostomed to dealing with Contractors, but NONE like him! thank You for reading this review and seriously CALL THIS COMPANY!!! Dinko will be there! You know, Angies List should make a commercial out of this experience! (:
Description of Work: Do call this company, the price was VERY nice! Dinko put in a great heating and A/C unit! OH, and pulled out the old unit that was there, probably from the 1950"s! what a mess, he cleaned everything up! Very clean worker! VERY DEDICATED man! Has incredible work ethics!

 + -1 moreOur AC went out on a Friday evening in mid-July! (We live in Eastern NC.) I waited until Tuesday at 10:50am to call, and he was here before noon. Very polite and professional. He checked breakers and then the transformer. Fixed the problem within first 5 minutes, but took extra time to show my husband what he was doing and gave us tips on how to cut on energy usage. Checked coolant in system and added as needed which wasn't part of the original job, but we needed to get that done for a while! Also gave us reference to another company for an upcoming A/C job that he couldn't perform. Wonderful individual! Also informed us that we didn't need to wait until Monday to call; he would make it as soon as he was able to.

 + -1 moreOverall, the most professional, friendly and timely serviceman I have encountered yet. My A/C unit was in need of a servicing and A/C Plus was recommended by a friend. Serviceman was on time and patiently explained the work he would be performing. Had no problem with me watching him perform the service. Very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. Felt he was honest and sincere and made it a point to clean up after himself thoroughly. Would definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: Complete A/C service with freon. Cleaned the Condensor coils, compressor, fan and blower motor. Replaced all missing housing screws at no charge. My A/C unit is approximately 15 to 20 years old and had never been properly serviced. A very thorough cleaning of the condensor coils released years of dust, dirt and pollen. Cleaned up very well after himself. Was very friendly and on time.
