It went well. Larry Joyner, the owner, is the visionary. Extremely personable. Accommodating. He's willing to go the extra mile and genuinely express a desire to have your business. He provides services for commercial and residential clients. We are residential and conducted some research before selecting American Windows and Siding. The service promised and the price projection were winning factors in our selection. For our particular project, Larry Joyner provided a team of two (Tim and Doug)/ occasionally three, who proved to be very skilled, hard working, and professional. He had never taken credit cards before we made the suggestion. I was very pleased that he was willing to expand his payment options in that manner. We have decided to use another property we own as an office. It needs to be and quot;beautifiedand quot;. We have already discussed that we are 99.9% sure that we will likely be hiring American Windows and Siding to do the job.

Gave estimate on all work that I wanted done, window replacement (12) and a french door plus some additional repair. Explained that I would not be able to do everything at once and that I wanted the door replaced along with some other minor work. Larry (owner) informed us that he would be by with a new contract for the door replacement and this was after two seperate visits and a phone call. Days went by with no word. After a week I left a voice mail stating that we were ready to proceed. Several weeks go by and no response with a couple more calls made also going to voice mail. Left a final voice mail that stated that if we did not hear from him that we would find another contractor. To this date have not heard from him. Probably a good thing as I have since found out that his response to warranty work left a lot to be desired and some of his work was being redone by the contractor I have since hired.

Having dealt with this company some time ago and having excellant work done, I was looking forward to once again hire this company for replacement windows. Initially Larry came out and provided an estimate on the work I wished done. I decided on what I wanted done first and contacted him thru voice mail. His response was that he would bring out a new contract. After not hearing from him for about a week I left another voice mail letting him know that we were ready to procede. Two more weeks went by with no call back. Called several more times with the final call stating that if I did not hear from him I would find another company. To this date I have heard nothing. I have since found out that some of his work has not been up to par and was not dealing with warranty work when a customer(s) had an issue.
