+ -1 moreThis was not as straightforward as it might sound -- it required creative engineering and adapting non-standard parts. The work was done in one day to a high standard, Ryan was professional and a pleasure to deal with, and considering the time and ingenuity it took the price was very fair.
Description of Work: We had birds entering our house through bathroom fan vents. Ryan used a compressor to clear the areas of debris, re-installed the fans, replaced a broken electrical switch, and fitted bird protectors to the outside vents.

+ 1 moreExcellent Service. The cleaning passed the real estate office inspection. The deck stairs installations has survived 2 hurricanes with no damage.
Description of Work: House Cleaning for opening up the Rental Season. Included Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, blinds and baseboard were cleaned. Complete kitchen cleaning including the tops of the shelves. The company has planted beach grass for me and performed general contractor duties for installation of a concrete driveway and repaired deck stairs.
