The entire crew did a wonderful job. Our windows and doors were cleaned inside and out. The screens were washed and the sills were wiped down. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous.

The owner came out to survey the job within a few days. And, a week later, even though it was during their busy season, because it was a small job, they squeezed us in on their way back to the office, at the end of a work day.

It pains me to write this review but here it goes. I have used this company in the past and was satisfied at the time, but the last 2 years that I have called on them for their service has been terrible. Numerous times in the past two years I called them prior to traveling to North Carolina to schedule the cleaning of my windows and two years in a row they have been non responsive and have FAILED to get to me as promised for over an entire 6 week period that I was available. Numerous phone calls to them, numerous promises from them and they never showed up this past year when I was in town for six weeks and not last year either.

BUDDY NISBET (OWNER) CAME WITH HIS HELPERS. THEY WORE PAPER SHOES OVER THEIR SHOES, LAID ANY PAPER DOWN IF THEY TRACTED SOLUTION ANYWHERE.BEING A WIDOW AS I AM I WOULD TRUST THEM BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT. THIS IS NOW MY THIRD OR FOURTH TIME USING THEM AND I AM IN PROCESS OF HAVING DECKS DONE ON MY HOME.

Outstanding service -- I cannot say enough about the quality of the work done. We were "blown away." Every window was cleaned inside and out but a large work team. Every window was inspected by the owner and redone if it did not meet his expectations. Although I do not remember the exact price we paid, the cost was VERY REASONABLE. I would highly recommend!!!!

Excellent. Actually we were thrilled with the job that they did; never mind the excellent price! The windows literally sparkled when they finished the job.
