RRG Roofing

Avoid them..cleaver bait & switch job (illegal to NC LAW!) cost us elder & handicapped individuals (Illegal to NC DOJ) instead of repair & replace ridge ventilator as instructed by our insurance adjuster report, cleaver Roof Pro Salesman fooled us into getting shingle shabby tar patch up pressure washing for 4K than just 1.5 k ventilator job and perhaps new shingles in which our insurance definite would drop us at upcoming policy renewal due to Helene damaged @ most of WNC. We have been asking whole picture of ventilator but instead of handful or hidden parts until they done with job that shocked us that ventilator indeed is bad shape & the ins adjuster was right all along.. cleaver Roof Pro salesman tell us the botched shingle tar job was done before they do the job but we saw the earlier picture of the exact location was not even touch at all.. they refused to fix it & demand the money right away.. that is absoutely elder & handicapped abusing.. the NC DOJ would love to hear that! Local pressure washing & handyman you would not cost more than 500 than 4K Bait & Switich job! Please, please get at least 4-5 quotes before decide Angi ppl should considering before keep RRG at the preferred roof job as our insurance co does not have them in the list!

RRG and their employees are a class act. They went above and beyond all expectations our family had of a roofing company. The delightful and informative Cimarron Mason almost made me glad I needed a new roof after speaking with her for a few minutes. Ms. Mason scheduled our free estimate for the very next day when we met the wonderful Caleb Stewart. Mr. Stewart spent nearly 2 hours in our home explaining that our current roof was not up to code and therefore additional work would need to be done prior to laying down shingles. Mr. Stewart took photos and videos of everything he found and explained the repair process in depth to us. When it came time to chose which roofing package we wanted, he did not pressure us, but instead continued to answer our hundreds of questions. All of the repairs and the new roof installation were completed in a single day by the hard working, professional, yet friendly crew lead by Mr. JD. My family cannot say enough brilliant things about RRG Roofing. In fact, they will be back next week to install gutters and downspouts for us.

These people were great! They started on time when they said they would and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done and left no mess. I could not have been more pleased with the job and the company.

They arrived and went straight to work and did a very good and fast job on my new roof. They also did a very good job with the clean up after.I i would reccomend them very highly. The young man they sent out to give the estimate was highly professional and very knowledgeable. His name was Ernie and very friendly and considerate. All in all a nice experience.

They came when they said they would come. I had a small repair and they worked me in to repair my roof within just a couple of days of their first visit to assess the repair. Preston was great! He made pictures before and after so I could see what they did, and he made a special trip to get a shingle that matched my roof. Would highly recommend.

Our call was handled promptly and we were given an appointment time within two days. Our technician arrived on time and was able to determine our problem. He took photos of the problem to share with us and was able to make the repairs quickly, effectively, and within our budget.

I got many calls, total of 7, to be exact. I am glad I picked RRG. They are professionals with logo uniforms, big ass logo trucks and stuff. Roof is done timely and quickly. Thumbs up to AL and Josh.

RRG was on time, worked efficiently and replaced 2 separate roofs in one day. They actually finished on time and just before a heavy rain that evening, which made me feel at peace that water would not come through and ruin all of the new drywall we had installed prior to them coming out.

Dylan made sure that I was happy with the installation of my new roof and the gutters. Only one day on the roof and one day on the gutters a few weeks later. No debris was left behind!!! Thanks for all of yours and Junior s help
