Andrew was our sales rep and ended up doing some of the work too! Great attention to detail and very timely follow up to phone, email, etc.. There were a few hiccups in job completion, but nothing you wouldn't expect from weather and repair surprises they might find on the assigned job. Wouldn't hold any of that against them for sure. Probably will get them to do the roof on our new up and coming house too! Thanks guys!

A very impressive visit, my initial online request was met with a call within 5 minutes! Andrew was very professional. Took photos of the repair issue, had good advice, and quoted a very reasonable price. The work was done quickly - and he took photos after the repair as well. When we need a new roof, this will be the company we call!

I was in need of having the flashing around the boot cuff on my roof repaired as it was leaking into my master bedroom. Someone suggested this site to look for a repairman, and I found Roofing Resources of Georgia, LLC on this site. They called me right away. Even though it was not an emergency, I had a same day visit with a one hour window, which was awesome as we had a ton of rain last week and I didn't want to end up being caught by the rain again where it could have gotten worse. The guys arrived, and they were prompt and courteous. They came right in, looked at the leak, and went into the attic to confirm. I was shown a picture on a cell phone, confirming the problem. They went up on the roof, found that I had another item in need of repair, just not as bad...but it need to be fixed. Showed both of them to me on the cell phone. It was $150 for the first one and $100 for the second one. I shaved off .5 point because this was a higher rate than any comparison I found online. I think it should have been along the lines of $200 at the most (minimum charge, plus $50 for each repair). I did bring it to their attention, BUT they also sealed the cracks in my dryer vent and sealed the nail areas in the flashing. They did this without me asking, which I appreciated. They also listened to some of my home improvement stories, so that was a plus. <smiles> I would recommend them and use them again.

We're very satisfied with our roof repair job. The company staff/owner are very professional, and got up on the roof to inspect before commenting on what needed to be done, including a water test BEFORE presenting a bid. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than anticipated, and they stayed on the job until a water test showed no leak. We're very pleased.

I'm very satisfied. Roofing resources of Georgia replaced my roof and we were able to get my homeowners insurance to cover the cost because I had recent hail damage that they found when they inspected my roof for me during their initial visit to give me an estimate on replacing my roof. If I ever need roofing work done again I'm calling them again.

Roofing Resources was very helpful in looking into my problem. He made some recommendations for the job and I went ahead with the repair. Knowing that they would come out if any other problems were to occur was reassuring.

Of 3 companies I contacted this is the only one that actually went on the roof to see what the issues really were. The representative that came seemed thorough in inspecting the roof. He listened to my descriptions of what I saw, went up and checked it all out taking pictures to show me what was really happening. After contacting my insurance company because there seemed to be wind damage I notified the rep and he came back when the insurance inspector was here. We worked through the process of inspection and the insurance inspector found wind damage. Since my roof shingles were not made any longer I needed a complete replacement. The work was then done by this company and it seems fine. I will add more detail after the first wind and rain storm. But at this point have to give a high recommendation to this company and the crew that replaced the roof.

The Roofing Resources of GA team has been excellent to work with! I was able to quickly schedule for an estimate and after awarding the job to this team the roof was completed just a few days later. All my question about exactly what would be done were addressed and answered. There were some minor issues that arose throughout the process but they were each addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.
