RRG Roofing

All contractors should be as good as Roofing Resources of Georgia. I contacted, via the web, Home Advisors and sought roof repair for a minor roof leak that came into the utility room inside the house. I received 3 recommendations from Home Advisors and really, within 5 minutes I received a telephone call from Cary Rich, Owner of Roofing Resources. I explained my problem and he agreed to inspect my roof, identify where the leak of originating from, and give me an estimate for the cost to repair. We set a meeting time for the next day and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He inspected the roof, took several photos that revealed a significant number of missing shingles which were the result of wind damage. In his opinion the roof shingles had become overly brittle and would not hold up for long. He suggested I contact my insurance carrier and submit a claim for a complete roof replacement . I contacted my insurance company and a meeting was scheduled for the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. At the scheduled time the Insurance Company's adjuster arrived and inspected the roof. Cary was present and the insurance adjuster agreed without question to Cary's recommendation for a complete roof replacement. Cary submitted an estimate of cost for the roof replacement and repair of the damaged interior ceiling and wall inside the house. The estimate was approved completely and the following week the entire job was completed. I was 100% satisfied with the work, as was the inspector from my mortgage company. Over the years I have dealt with several contractors for various jobs. None were at the level of Roofing Resources of Georgia. Quality of work and customer service were excellent. Obviously their pricing was competitive as my insurance carried just paid the bill. Thanks Cary for a job well done.

I ended up going with a high quality shingle roof and it is beautiful ! The company is also doing some of my other renovations that include a deck and vinyl siding.The deck is fantastic and very high quality work !! The siding will be next. Always great people and work very hard.
