Ritz Construction Inc

John Ritz was recommended to us by a friend. He made 3 visits to our home. The first visit was to see the amount of work we needed. He suggested we hire his designer and we did. We paid 1000 to his designer for a design we were very happy with. Mr. Ritz made the second and third visit with the dssigner. Our budget was $150,000. We discussed it would probably go over. We were open to increasing the budget. He said he would get back to us in a week with the cost. That was the begining of Aug. 2020. We waited 2 weeks and called he never responded. We texted and emailed John Ritz never responed. We are now at Dec. 21, 2020 We are out $1000 for a design . We consulted another builder and he told us today the design is too complicated and expensive for the site and needs a new design. We are very disgusted and disappointed that John Ritz never gave us a reason that he never got back to us. We are really stuck because we need to move into a home that is far too small for our needs.

We recently purchased a cabin. Just a few days before we went to closing, we discovered a leak in the basement after a heavy rain. The seller agreed to help with the expense of having the leak repaired and our realtor recommended Ritz Construction, Inc. to us. John Ritz submitted a very reasonable quote and timeline and followed through without incident. We are extremely satisfied and were provided peace of mind, a bargain at any price!
