Randy was able to do all the work himself with little help and was able to complete all the plumbing, electric, framing, painting, new heating in addition and much more. The addition was our old carport and was uneven with the house to begin with. This was going to be a huge project. He was able to even out the floors and add the laundry room at the front, which included framing the room, new front windows, the plumbing for the washer, the vents for the dryer, the electricity to make it all work, painting, tile and new side door. Next was the master bathroom, which included a new 7 foot Jacuzzi tub, with tile surround, a 6 foot tiled glass enclosed shower with 3 shower heads (one including the rainfall one from the ceiling!) A double vanity, a rock wall that I wanted behind the tub, tile floors, and much more! All this was done by Randy with little outside help and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend him for any handymen jobs that you may need!
