 + -1 moreMark , has done several projects for me since 2002. First a huge set of stairs with over 50 steps and three platforms and after that a garage and loft with a deck. He also built a 19 by 19 deck over side of mountain. He designed all of these and furnished all materials and labor. We will use Mark on any new projects we might have in the future. My wife an I are very happy with Marks skills,craftsmanship and professional attitude .
Description of Work: Built custom cabinets in master bedroom and a storage area under stairs. He drew plans for cabinets and supplied material and labor. This was the last project and most recent.

 + -1 moreMet Mark through our realtor who helped us find a retirement home in NC. Bought a homes that didn't have a garage which we needed. Contacted Mark who came out to site next day and gave us estimate in line with two others we obtained. A drawing was provided prior to construction which is required by the Murphy building inspector. (You can't get a permit without it). One third of price paid at commencement, one third after shell was up and last payment at completion. Construction started on time and proceeded quickly. Progress photos by email were provided as construction proceeded. The garage is a perfect match to the house including siding, stain and roof. The construction is all custom built with no prefab. More robust that is probably necessary, but we are glad to have it that way. It is a true work of art. Would not hesitate to recommend Mark.
