 + 0 moreEddie Cook built my garage. Cost about 30% of any market price. The specs. were right on, foundation & building, no complaints. I forgot to get the addition to the door; the overhang shelter for the entrance. The next step; front splash plates on the bottom of the garage doors; (to keep the water and rot from destroying the doors). His work is great, the cost factor: no one can beat this Preachers price and attitude.
Description of Work: Outside overhang requested for my garage.

 + -1 moreEddie Cook removed wood floors and leveled the joists. Replaced raw wood floors, stained and sealed with poly. Job was completed in an expected Scheduled date. Milestones were met (e.g. floor removal in time frame estimated, installation as well). Having Mr. Cook work on other projects as well. You need a well balanced Contractor Mr. Cook will be hard to beat; honest as the day is long.

He will explain any changes needed. He will ask how you would like to appear. He will do his level best to do what you want and you will not beat the price. And I mean, not Beat the total Price anywhere. You will not find better performance and satisfaction for 25% more $, using the same quality material. If you do it is Cook Siding in Murphy, 828-361-6460.
Description of Work: Roof Repair and Areas effected: 1. Replaced / corrected numerous 2 x 10 Porch Roof joists 2. Fixed 4 window seals destroyed by water rot. 3. Repaired Gable area with new boards. 4. Replaced Flashing all around roof and sides 5. Caulked everywhere that remotely seemed like a leak area 6. Replaced all the Fascia boards 7. Replace the wood Ship-Lap siding and corners 8. Stained / Painted all the bare wood 9. Replaced the metal roof Eddie Cook can install / repair anything relating to Siding, Roofing and General wood or metal concerning a Home!
