+ 0 moreWe called in the morning right around 8:00 and again in the afternoon around 4:00. Had to leave messages both times. We are still waiting for them to call us back. We had a broken waterline and a water heater needing to be installed in a mobile home so accessing the area wasn't difficult. It would have been an easy job. We ended up doing part of the repair ourselves and hiring another plumber to do the rest. The other plumber actually answered his phone himself and sent someone out within an hour. We do not recommend CJs Plumbing.

+ -1 moreWe had an appointment scheduled last Friday morning at 8:30. The office graciously called to notify us that the appointment had been postponed 2 hours to 10:30. This was no problem, as my husband had the day off. Time went on and the plumber never showed Friday. Tomorrow makes a week from our appointment that never came to be, and we still have not heard any word from CJ's. We left a message on their answering machine over 24 hours ago, but it has not been returned.

+ -1 moreShould have called this company first. Went through a series of plumbers that either didn't show up or referred me to someone else. This company came on the weekend, in the rain, on time and did exactly what needed to be done at a fair price. Very professional.
