They have been very responsive with their approach and keeping us informed on what's going on. They are pretty good and are handling things okay, so far. They are responsive and informative. The price matches others, we had a couple of quotes and their prices were no different. They have got back when they said they would.

I have 2 decks, one in front and a larger one off the upper part of the house in the back. One of the decks had been painted and one stained, one was red and one brown. I had just purchased the home and it was obvious the decks had not been treated for quite some time. When Chris came out to estimate the job he was the only one to include sanding the wood on both decks as well as pressure cleaning before he put any product on the wood. I also wanted a section of the upper deck screened in which required building a partition with a screen door for access. While he was working on the stairs leading up to the second story deck he noticed that the stair landing was separating from the wall, he brought that to my attention and was able to repair it. I also had him move a storm door from the upper deck, at the kitchen, to the basement entry door and when he was doing that he noticed that the kitchen door was not plumb in the frame he was also able to fix that for an additional, but fair, charge. I am very happy with the completed project and have received compliments on my "new" decks and the screened in "room". I would recommend Chris and would use him for future projects.

I thought his prices were reasonable and he did a good job.

He is great. My house is wood sided, and he stained the wood in the outside of our house. It was sad and uncooperative weather, but he would work and at the same time let us know what was going on. He used to also let us know when he needs to come back if something happens, and what was going to happen next, and things like that because it was cold and things weren't drying. I would rate him highly. I would use him again in the future.

The experience was great. He is very professional and prompt. He is willing to go the extra mile. For example, he put new locks on my doors on the fly. He also offered to take all of my moving boxes to the dump which was a huge help to someone who just moved. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him often.

He was very professional and did a fantastic job. He follows through, goes above and beyond what is required of him, and I would recommend him to anyone. He had to take down a roof that had been improperly installed by another company and did a fantastic job in the teardown and replacement. He was very clean in his work, able to save a lot of lumber for use on other projects, and I can't say enough good things about him.

We knew of their work ethic, knowledge and experience therefore, had confidence in the abilities of this and quot;family teamand quot; as we had heard of them and referred them to others. Now it was our chance to find out first hand to see what they were made of. The sun beating down on the east side of our house was so dry and parched that my husband and I didn't know if it could really be revived. Chris came over to do the estimate looked at and told us it would be OK, it would just soak up extra product... and it did! Chris was wonderful to work with and did a great job! We hired him for what would prove to be a big challenge due to the wonderful weather this time of year, one day it was warm and sunny, the other cold and rainy. He taped off my windows, doors, garage door and outside vents, removed outdoor ceiling fans, lights, gutter downspouts and anything else that shouldn't be stained. The house took longer than usual to dry after pressure washing but Chris communicated this with us and we planned accordingly for the work. As we carefully watched the weather the job was completed as quickly as it could be while waiting for mother nature to give us a break! When Chris was done he put all the gutter downspouts, fans, lights, vents and other and quot;what knotsand quot; back on the house so now it looks the same only sooo much better! The east side of the house now looks as fresh as any other side of our home. My home looks fresh and new not old, dry, and sun parched. Its winter right now and I'm inside much of the time, I can't wait till spring when I can get out more to enjoy the outdoors and see my house... Sit on my big lovely porch that's like new again!

Over all on every project i hired him for I was extremely pleased. All projects were done better than I expected.On one job he installed windows and I had a idea how I wanted them, he had a suggestion that turned out to look so much better than I ever imagined.
