+ -1 moreThe curved ceilings and the paint job really look beautiful. Brian himself is a real craftsman, but he can't actually do all the work himself. I wish I had known the difference between a solid door and solid core door. I wanted a solid door but got a solid core door. It's not that he was cheating me; it's my misunderstanding.
Description of Work: We had Brian Scott Builders paint the interior of one big room and lanai area. He also fixed a back door. It only took a few days.

Description of Work: He is also going to be removing a wall, installing new drywall and installing new tile where the wall was, painting the ceiling and installing front doors.

+ -1 morePhoned him and he said he would come at 8 AM the following week. Having lived in Miami for several years I figured, fat chance, but he did phone me at 7:30 AM and said he would be here in 15 minutes, and he did show up in 15 minutes. He can't start the job until August, but up to now my experience has been very positive.

+ 2 moreTHIS MAN WAS REALLY GOOD. THE WORK TURNED OUT WONDERFUL. MY HOUSE PASSED AN INSPECTION, AND I GOT THE MONEY I NEEDED. HE WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A PRIEST AT MY CHURCH.
Description of Work: HE RE-PLASTERED MY CEILING, PAINTED THE WALLS, INSTALLED A NEW TOILET, PATCHED MY FLOOR, AND INSTALLED TWO NEW DOORS.
