Description of Work: Frank Schuler (known as Big Frank for his unusual height ), is, in my estimation, one of the top real estate agents in the country, not only in Murphy, NC. My husband and I have bought and sold at least four pieces of property through him in the last few years, and we have always experienced positive, dependable, customer-centered service through him. Frank takes his time with each individual, answers every question he can, finds the answer if he does not know, and works creatively to make things happen. He responds when called, makes time for his customers even after contracts are signed, and is also always willing to give advice even when there is no current listing involved. Frank is good at and uses all the latest cyber technology to market properties--mailing lists, electronic listings on numerous property sites, county records and maps, photos that look professional in quality...too many to name.... Besides the site of the agency he is affiliated with (Exit Realty Mountain View Properties), he also maintains his own site with the zip code of Murphy, NC (28906.com). He was really thinking ahead with that one! Licensed in NC AND GA, Frank can give you access to everything available in the area. His accomplishments are numerous--consistently Million Dollar Club, Top Sales Agent, active in community and professional organizations.... Frank is THE agent you need to contact if you want the best!
