+ -1 moreEasy and amazing - no drama or excuses - just great professionalism, polite, and straight talking. I however should be rated low because I made out the check incorrectly and had to write another to mail....and they were even nice about that!
Description of Work: Our air conditioner wasn't working and they came out within 24 hours to do the repair, even though I had never contacted them before. They fixed it within the hour.
