DON'T HIRE THIS GUY beware they have a 5 star review for Google under Computer Repair Mt Holly but Squirrel Squad they have 2.6 and getting worse every day. With that said I would give MINUS 1,000 stars but 1 is the lowest to go. I am trying to get Dustin to respond to me 2 weeks and he hasn't responded. I purchased a new computer build and it not only took 6 months but when I got into my computer he put in the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 however I paid for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 so not only did he switch out what I wanted he blamed Nvidia for sending the wrong product now he won't return my calls or my text messages. At this point, he needs to get my product to me or refund me the money I spent on the video card I wanted and PAID FOR. I also want a refund on the warranty he charged me since he isn't holding up his end. I should have known not to deal with him after he screwed up the hard drive he replaced on my laptop. Call me back Dustin or I will make sure going to do a franchise as you say you are doing won't be worth it. Only companies that take care of their customers should franchise. My suggestion is to find another company. I will update this if he ever responds to me. I have even sent a ticket through his website. he also goes under Computer Repair Mt Holly please don't let the 5 star ratings fool you.

This project has made my living room into a more relaxing place with more options because of the free space.

Dustin (the owner) and Lance were incredibly nice, professional, prompt, tidy, and very nice about the fact that I am not very technical. It was obvious that they do this all the time; they worked quietly and efficiently, and were very careful with my furniture. When I was uncertain about what I wanted, they gave me options and let me decide without pressuring me. They even brought in a shop vac to clean up after themselves! I was very impressed by both of them, and would use their services again in a heartbeat. (They also do computer repair/upgrades and virus removal, as well as surround sound/home theater-type stuff.)

Beautifully. They totally removed all visible signs of the wiring from the components to the TV. Rehung existing TV. Added power surge protectors. Dustin and Lance went above and beyond what was expected and offered some excellent ideas concerning some other electronic devices in the house.

We called Dustin & Squirrel Squad yesterday for an estimate to build a mount for our tv. The house had a preexisting space for an old tv, that would just be useless space. He was here for an estimate within a few hours of our call, and he was right on time this morning. Very knowledgable and very reasonable pricing, which included the cost of the wall mount since we didn't have one. Just over 24 hours after our first call to Squirrel Squad, we are enjoying our wall mounted big screen above the fireplace! Highly recommend!!

First I have nothing but praise for Dustin and his Squirrel Squad. They were very quick and very professional. By the way, I don't write many reviews but felt I owed it to his young company for the great job they did. I always have a minimum of 3 estimates when I have any work done on the house. What I wanted done: Run 3 Cat 5e cables from my media coset under the house to the sun room. One cable was for a wired home network and the other 2 were used to run a HDMI cable over 130 feet. This would allow me to mirror what I was watching in the living room. By the time I came across Squirrel Squad, I already had 3 estimates on the job. The name of the company made me laugh and he didn't have any reviews so I figured there would be no harm in getting a 4th estimate. When I called the owner, Dustin, was very polite. I was in shock when he was able to provide an estimate on the same day as I called. When he came he was very professional and listened to what I wanted to do. He was very observant and pointed out what he thought would be the best way to accomplish what I wanted done. He even noticed that our family took shoes off in the house and without prompting he took his shoes off as well. After I had discussed what was to be don, he went under the house to do an inspection. Of the 3 other estimates I got, the inspectors looked at the crawl space through the opening but did not go in. After he got out he said he could do it for 200.00 and gave me a 10% discount for being in the military. I was happy with the price as it was almost 100 less than the lowest quote I had at the time. I accepted the offer and we agreed on Saturday morning when he would do the install. I liked the fact that he was willing to work on Saturday when it was convenient for us as my wife and I are both working. With twin 4 year olds and a two year old we have very busy schedule during the weekdays. He showed up on time and ready to work. The install was done in 2 hours and he cleaned up after his work. He even took out a vacuumed and swept the areas he worked. After he was done, the area was cleaner than when he started that morning. I have never contracted any work where I was this satisfied with the job. Thank you Dustin and thank you Squirrel Squad.
