Ricky Blanchard and his son Nick did an excellent job! On the first phone call I made to contact Ricky and describe the job, (the Friday after Thanksgiving) he gave an initial estimate of $400-$500. My mother-in-law, who the job was for, thought it was too high. I reassured her that it sounded reasonable, since I once paid $250 for a 10 minute job to unstop a toilet. I called Ricky back and asked when he could do the job. He said Monday at 9 AM. Sunday Ricky texted to reschedule on Tuesday since he had an emergency job come up. Tuesday he and his son arrived at 8:30 AM and completed the job by 11:00. He looked at the old valves and asked if I would like him to try replacing the washers in the old valves first to see if that would make them work without replacing the entire box. I said, "Sure!" But, the 50 year old valves were broken beyond repair, so he proceeded to replace the whole water supply box, and reinstalled the paneling, and cleaned up afterwards. PLUS the best part, the bill was WAY less than he estimated. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. Spencer Lyda
