Tommy and Chad were great to work with. Tommy came to our house multiple times to go over ideas, plans, measurements. In the end we went with all his suggestions. Quality craftsmen. Fit and finish was excellent. Everything went according to the time line they laid out. Very satisfied.

This was an awful experience. I used this company at the recommendation of my general contractor. It is owned by Tommy Smith, but we were dealing with his son Chris Smith. Mr. Smith broke numerous commitments to perform work at specified times, didn't call, simply no-showed. After three months delay, when we finally had a 'guaranteed' install date, he called the general contractor to say that he had ordered the cabinets in the wrong color! They had been sitting in his warehouse for months, mind you and he never checked. She insisted that he do a rush re-order which he did, and he Faxed her that the cabinets had arrived. On the Great Day...no Chris Smith. At that point we fired him. I would add that the woman who answers the phone at the office is a witch. I quickly learned that I had to call to tell someone that I had Faxed Chris Smith drawings, etc otherwise he would ignore. She was always nasty. Smith himself never answers his cell phone.
