Description of Work: We had Ryan Homes / NVR build us a new home in tega cay, SC last august. We hired Todd David Williams, tanda blinds, to build and install shutters for the 49 doors and windows throughout our home. Approximately three shutters don't function properly. We have contacted Todd multiple times via telephone and email. He has completely ignored our messages. The shutters are nice and his price was fair but I wish we had used a competitor that would guarantee their products and workmanship. Over the past 12 months we have dealt with dozens of general and sub contractors and we have only had a bad experience with three - tanda blinds, fling irrigation and undercover systems. I plan future posts (both good and bad) regarding our experiences with other contractors shortly. John Ps. I can provide further color on tanda blinds for any members that wish to contact me directly

+ -1 moreTodd is the owner and he is the absolute best. He is professional, punctual and very efficient. His pricing is very fair. When he says he is going to do something for us, he does it. His pricing is fair and his work is excellent. His punctuality, professionalism, demeanor and everything about him was superb. We spent $105 the last time we used them. He did such a beautiful job, measured it and hung it perfectly. We just like him and think that he is a very, very professional, conscientious and personable young man. He is extremely honest and we would use him for anything.
Description of Work: Tanda Blinds LLC has done work for us from 2007 to 2010. The last time we used them was in maybe April 2010 and he put transom blinds on 28 windows in our house as well as different other areas.
