Assisted in setting the correct price, then arranging the showings. We listed on Wednesday night, took calls Thursday, showed the house 3 times on Friday, took two offers that night, picked one and signed the next AM - closed 30 days later.

While I did much of the researching of the properties, she was always good about lining-up every single requested property. Meg understood that I wanted to be the driver of the search, and she was happy to steer us when needed! When we finally found THE ONE, she was so reliable, organized and quick to answer our every question about the home buying process (being that we were first timers). She was very good at explaining the process and staying abreast (and keeping us abreast) of all the mountains of paperwork! Meg stayed in very good communication with us throughout the contract negotiation, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience!
Description of Work: Meg Farmer helped us navigate the saturated Gastonia real estate market. She toured a plethora of homes with us and was always very patient, allowing us to come to our own conclusions regarding each property. When we asked for her opinions, she was always exceedingly honest and forth-coming. We never felt pressured or pushed in any direction.
