They were not able to do the Deal to other circumstances.

They came out as scheduled and were very nice. They cleaned the gutters and blew the straw and debris off the roof. They also visually inspected the roof and gutters to let me know of any potential problems. They offered to fix any problems for a reasonable price. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

We were very happy with this service. The technician promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment. They arrived at the scheduled date and time and did a great job cleaning the gutters and bagged everything removed from the gutters without leaving a mess in the yard. I would recommend them for this service.

I called on 9-29-13 in the early afternoon and explained that we had a leak possibly two on our roof...They came within 1/2 an hour to check it out.. The young man, Erin, was extremely nice and thorough. After explaining to us what he found, we came to the conclusion that the builder that built this house did not use sufficient flashing on the roof....hence the leaks. Some of the shingles also had holes in them. He explained what was needed to rectify the problems. Erin showed up early the next morning reflashed and repaired the valley and wall and replaced the shingles. He was very neat, no mess anywhere to clean up after him but the poor fellow got a bit wet as it had started to rain before he was quite finished...but he persevered through the rain until all was finished. My Husband and I are very happy with his work, and will not hesitate to use him again if needed and will refer him to others.

We had a leak that I thought might be caused by excess debris, so we purchased the big deal for gutter cleaning. It turned out that they didn't need to be cleaned. We did have a section of gutter that needed to be replaced, so they subtracted the cost of the big deal from the cost of the repair. I thought that was more than fair. Because of rain delays and scheduling difficulties, it took some time for them to get back to us. They replaced the section and even painted it. I would definitely use them again, although I hope the need does not arise.

Zimmerman Kanga Roof did an excellent job, showing me what was wrong with pictures from the rooftop. The price quote was fair and reasonable considering the slope of my roof. He was on time and finished when he said he would. We were very satisfied with the explanations and the effort he made to help us put off the expense of replacing the entire roof right now. We hopefully have a few more years now, before replacing the entire roof.

I was so pleased I even joined his maintenance club. He went above and beyond - he even cleaned our gutters! He noticed that there were some limbs hanging over the house from a tall tree and went ahead and cut them. He showed me all the details of what had gone wrong with the skylight. Mark cleaned everything up after himself - including the bathroom and in yard. This man was fabulous! He even helped me to find someone to fix the water damage in the bathroom, including having the person call me. I would recommend him and his company in a HEARTBEAT! He will be the one that I continue to use if something else comes up. He was super polite as well.

Initially it took a day or two to get the call back but the Angie's List on-line ordering and payment process was new to the company. They called me back and scheduled the service professionally and were here when they said they would be. The appearance of the employee was professional as well as their vehicle and equipment. The service was well done and the yard and surrounding the house were cleaned and left in good condition. Austin did a professional job and I would recommend Zimmerman to our neighbors ( I already did). Our roof was inspected and a report on the condition was also given. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to sell me something that I did not need or ask for.

Went well. The company did a good, fast job, worked well with us, and worked well with our insurer.

It went very well. They have prompt, fast service. They cleaned up everything after themselves. Everything they advertised was true. UPDATE 7/19/13: I had another leak that they came back out and fixed for free and did not attempt to sell me anything else. This kind of service is unheard of in Charlotte.

The fellow who came out to give the quote was very upfront about the charges, and how he was figuring them. There were no hidden additions that he was going to be able to add to it. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and straight-shooting.

They completed the job on time, the cleanup and installation were done very well, and a minor issue with workmanship was resolved quickly.

Mr. Zimmerman's crew was very detail oriented, professional, and knowledgeable. In fact, Mr. Zimmerman stopped by to check on the work from time to time.

I thought that he was very nice and professional, and he did a good job.

Everything went well and turned out just as I had hoped. The crew arrived on time, did the work as promised, and they stuck to the estimate.

They did a good job, however they didn't place the flashing back on the chimney. This allowed for water to seep into the chimney during a rainstorm. Fortunately, no damage occurred. We also had to ask them to retrieve pallets and plywood from the yard. Aside from this, everything went well.

Work appears to have been done well.

We had an excellent experience with this company. From our initial meeting with George, we knew that we had selected the right company to complete our project. He was most helpful and provided a copy of the company's insurance policy as well as the rating information from the Better Business Bureau. (Luckily I had already checked them out on Angie's List and knew that they had high ratings.) The materials arrived as scheduled, along with the roller trash bin that the workers would be using. The workers arrived as scheduled the next day and worked continuously. They were courteous and did not "dilly dally" at any time. Even during their lunch hour some of the guys were still working. The roof on the house was finished in a day, but they had to come back on Monday to finish up the roofs on the two other buildings. During that final wrap up they fixed anything that we found that needed to be corrected, such as the siding connected by our greenhouse. They did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves. A week later George came back to replace our downspouts, which turned out great. We will recommend this company to anyone for their quality work and professional service.

I SAW KANGAROOF'S (ZIMMERMAN ENTERPRISES) AD IN ANGIE'S LIST MONTHLY MAILING. I CALLED MARK AND DESCRIBED THE ROOF LEAK I HAD. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME ON A MONDAY MORNING AT 9:00AM. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND CAME IN TO INSPECT THE LEAK FROM THE INSIDE FIRST. BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE, HE EVEN PLACED COVERS OVER HIS SHOES.HE CHECKED OUT THE LEAK INSIDE, THEN WENT ON THE ROOF FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. HE INDICATED WHERE THE LEAK WAS AND HOW THE WATER WAS COMING IN AND WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO REPAIR IT. I OKAYED THE WORK AND HE STARTED REPAIRS ON WEDNESDAY. DURING REPAIRS, HE FOUND ROTTED WOOD UNDER THE SHINGLES. HE STOPPED WORK AND CALLED ME WHILE STANDING ON MY ROOF! HE GAVE A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO COMPLETE REPAIR ON THE HIDDEN DAMAGE. I OKAYED THE WORK. UPON COMPLETION, I RECEIVED AN ITEMIZED INVOICE (CLEAR AND EASY TO READ). HE ALSO RESEALED THE CHIMNEY AND RENAILED 4 PIPE FLUSHINGS AT NO CHARGE. THEN I GOT A 10% ANGIES LIST DISCOUNT. MARK ALSO ADVISED GETTING MY ROOF INSPECTED ANUALLY TO PREVENT THE TYPE OF DAMAGE I INCURRED. I TOLD HIM TO SIGN ME UP. NEXT TIME I NEED ROOF REPAIRS, I WON'T HAVE TO CHECK ANGIE'S LIST, I'LL JUST CALL MARK.

I called on Friday morning, asked for a technician. He had meetings but would try to see me. I had another business conflict so he adjusted his schedule, met me just as he said he would, provided a written estimate of the work he proposed to correct my problem, he left for materials he needed. In the mean time, I returned to my job. The technician came back, made all repairs exactly as discussed, also checked the balance of the roof for further issues and completed his work. My wife paid him, and he provided her his personal cell phone with instructions for me to call him if I wasn't 100% satisfied. I am 100% satisfied with this kind of service and will recommend this company to others.

It went fine. Mr. Zimmerman himself came out and fixed my roof. He was very professional. I got an estimate from another company who wanted over $2,000.00 for the exact same work. Zimmerman was by far a better choice. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Although the process took longer than initially stated, I am very pleased with the final product as well as the clean up of my front and back yard after the fact. The owner of the company is extremely professional and accommodating. I definitely recommend the use of this company!

They were on time. I did not have any problems with them. I would take a quote from them for a job that might come up in future.

The owner was extremely responsive, the technician was punctual and very polite. Very pleasant to deal with.
