Overall they did an OK job. We had one really poor mow where they left big clumps of cut grass all over the lawn. They covered two of our vehicles in lawn clippings. When I tried to get some service they were unresponsive. When I tried further to get a response they decided it was easier to terminate service. Shortly after they stopped mowing I discovered damage to my fence. When I tried to contact them about this they were again unresponsive. I will most likely have to pursue this in Small Claims Court. Bottom line. I found them expensive and their customer service is below average. When you have an issue to resolve they are unresponsive. This is quite contrary to what they advertise.

I've been having Regular lawn care provided, they are great, fast and efficient. I asked if they could assist with an extra large project of clearing an over grown wooded area. I could not be more PLEASE. RDS arrived at 7:00 am ready to work and work they did for 8 hours. I can not believe the debris (ready to become mulch). $100.00 an hour for 2 well trained lawn maintenance gentlemen, they gave great recommendations as we decided what to remove and keep. I've wanted this done for 10 year. They will be back for phase 2! Thank you!!

RDS takes care of most of our lawn service needs. We mow, mulch, and trim but they do most everything else. The last visit was to winterize our irrigation system. They drained the system and placed insulation. They will come back in the spring and de-winterize it and make sure it works properly. RDS has always been very prompt and professional. We recognize some of the same technicians each year and all of them appear to be dedicated to satisfying customers and addressing any problems. We've had several issues with our very old irrigation system and they have always been able to fix the problems. We left a large nationwide lawn service several years ago and went with RDS - - - and our yard has never looked better.

RDS is the BEST! I GOT SICK OF TAKING CARE OF MY YARD TO KEEP THE WEEDS OUT. I wanted a lush and green yard and this service has done this for me going on 3 years now. I get comments on my yard very often and I tell them about RDS Lawncare. If I ever need or want anything extra done to my yard, they are happy to help. I highly recommend this service. RDS is the third company we have used for regular lawn maintenance and the first one that lives up the the value for which we pay. Our lawn looks better than when it was first planted. Aaron is very responsive and available by email, phone or text and usually responds the same day. I find him to be knowledgeable and confident enough to push back on requests that Aaron believes won't be helpful or unnecessary. Their prices are fair and they communicate well, especially when the schedule is delayed due to too much rain. I have recommended RDS to my neighbors and friends and believe it's the best value and quality in our experience.

RDS has done all of our lawn care since last March. We've used 3-4 lawn care services before them, and they have done the best job for a fair price. No lawn care service is perfect because weather, schedules, too many variables get in the way, but we feel we've been treated very well and fairly. We had a lot of weeds after the dry spell in July-August, but once they reseeded and aerated, our lawn looked great again. I would recommend RDS over other lawn services.

I used RDS Lawn Care Services for more than a year now, I got to say their services is second to none. Before using RDS my lawn started out like crap and at first, I am a little skeptical about whether their package services could help, the customer service is very patient regarding any questions that I have and they always help me and give me suggestions to better improve my lawn. I had a contract with Scott Lawn Care before but I think RDS did a much better job with less $$$. Their aeration and reseeding services are also great, with proper watering schedule (which RDS also shows me how to do it), my fescue backyard is looking really great and I'm very satisfied. One downside I could think of and they could improve on might be sending us text messages regarding the service schedule, they did send out the schedule via email but sometimes they got filtered as junk/spam messages. Other than that, I think RDS is the #1 choice for anyone if you live in NC/SC area.

They were doing extremely well until one day they said that they're going to have to quit. They left me hanging. It's right in the middle of growing season. They were great when they were here working. They screwed me in the end. They can come back and talk to me about it.

However, at the beginning of the season, they fired us because they didn't produce any more business in our area. It was difficult for me to find someone else at the last minute that late in the season. I tried to talk it out with the company, but he said was more concerned with his bottom line. The work was fine, but price was high, and they were not accommodating, and their business practices deserve an F.

Last year I contracted RDS Lawn Service to redo the landscaping around my house. They were very good in the work they performed and arrived on the day they had scheduled and completed all the work. Their estimate was fair and the final amount was as agreed. Following my original contact with RDS, I decided to change from my prior weekly lawn service provider to RDS. Their weekly rate is very reasonable, and the lawn always has a professional look when they are finished. The only bad mark I would give is that the workers often spray cut grass on the mulch around the trees, but their staff has always been very nice and do great work. I did rate RDS with a B in Responsiveness and Punctuality. When they completed the landscaping last October, I asked and they gave me an estimate on exterior lighting. I informed them I would like to wait until closer to Spring to install the lighting. When I contacting them in Spring, it was some time before they were able to provide me with any information, and then they stated they were no longer installing lighting for homes and did give me a referral to another company. Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by RDS and would recommend them to any one.

Called for estimate and they came right away. They helped me design a lovely patio that is the perfect size for my yard with interesting details. Were easy to work with and always gave prompt estimates of cost when we discussed adding more landscaping or details to the yard. I have enjoyed the new patio and landscaping and hired them for yard maintenance on a regular basis.
