concrete repair
+ -1 moreI contracted Greg to level two low spots on the concrete terrace. The result is one spot is okay and the other low spot still holds water and does not drain properly. I had Greg install an overlay that was supposed to imitate a slate surface. This came out horrible and I told him at the time of completion that I was not happy. He said to wait a month and it should lighten up and look the way I wanted. I waited a month and contacted him. He gave me the run around for three months and I had to threaten him with a trip to small claims court. He finally came out and did the repair. It looks good now but he was extremely unprofessional and I would never provide any recommendation to use his services to anyone. He also stained a large section of the concrete terrace. He said he could do this but he gave disclaimers that it is the same thing as staining wood so he could not guarantee what it would look like. I took the chance and I am sorry that I did. As soon as the funds are available we will have this area resurfaced by a reputable company. In summary all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

Description of Work: New sidewalk. Prompt. Courteous and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Sidewalk looks terrific and I will definitely be using him again. Great website. Very good communicator.
