I highly recommend Terry Gortney to be your home inspector. He is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. He discovered issues that werent disclosed by the seller and he works for you as if it were his own family. Reports were given in a timely manner just as he stated. I was completely satisfied with the entire process.

Based on Terry's inspection, and prompt and thorough report, I would recommend Gortney Home Inspections with the highest rating. He found and documented several repair and maintenance items that I had not seen. Terry is the best and is competitively priced. Great work and friendly service!
