Terry did the inspection for my first home purchase. He was very communicative prior to the inspection, was on time, thorough, clean, professional and all I could ask for. He showed me things and has helped put us in touch with other trusted service providers for areas in the home that needed attention. He is up on technology, even had some really cool tools, etc. I had never seen and want to get! I highly recommend Terry, he was recommended to my by local realtor who was helping me, has worked with Terry a lot. He did not disappoint, along with his thorough documentation, pics and help!

Super thorough and great to work with

Terry has performed the pre drywall inspection for my new home. He is professional and very knowledgeable. The issues he found was really helpful and the builder acknowledged and performed the repairs as per his suggestion.The inspection report was detailed with many photos and indications which will be a good record for future reference. It was a nice experience working with Terry and I highly recommend his service.

Mr. Gortney was very thorough with his pre-drywall inspection of my new construction home. He examined all parts of the home and gave helpful details and recommendations in his report. He provided plenty of supporting pictures and clearly pointed out areas of interest. He also provided his report in a very timely manner. I'm so glad that I decided to have him inspect my home since he provided many important details that I was able to make the construction manager aware of before any drywall gets installed.
