The inspection was thorough and professional. Jeff, the inspector, arrived on time and took his time. His attention to detail and the documented report provided me information on issues that I would not and could not have identified on my own. Overall, an invaluable service and information for a new homeowner in being able to direct builder on areas needed corrective measures.

We were very impressed with the time and thoroughness that was put into our home inspection. To know that there were trained professionals going over so many detailed aspects of our home for us, to make us aware of things that we might have missed during our walkthrough visit, was very reassuring and helpful indeed. The pictures and details for each item covered were exactly what was needed for us to move forward in preparation for the final steps before closing on our home. Even though this isn't our first home purchase, this inspection was by far the best we have seen and well worth the money.

Terry helped me out with issues my builder said they fixed a year ago but never did! Terry was able to compare the reports and tell me what issues were the same and new which helped me go to the builder with. He did this for 2 of my houses with similar issues. Great value!

Report was very thorough and timely. Everything was documented with photos (and arrows pointing to specific areas that were referenced) as well.
