Efficient, Detailed and Terry did a good Job explaining his report to us via telephone and Zoom.

I was able to get an inspection on short notice. Terry took his time and paid great detail to the entire house. When I arrived he was almost finished but he took time to walk me through some of the major issues and pointed them out and explained them to me. The report was completed in a a couple of days and it was thorough and detailed.

This was a pre-drywall inspection on a new home under construction. The inspector was very thorough. He found many issues that I would not have seen during a standard walk-through with the builder. His report was excellent. The issues were supported with pictures and what the remedy should be be. It was well worth the money. The inspector was very easy to work with and communicated in a very timely manner.

This inspection exceeded my expectations. Jeff provided an extremely thorough report that helped me categorize major versus minor issues. He also recommended local contractors who could complete work I decide to have done after purchasing the house. I would highly recommend Gortney Home Inspections.

Very complete inspection and great advice for future projects. Was able to differentiate between major issues and a "honey do" list. The only downside was the payment of invoices had limited options and a service fee was charged for credit card payments.

Wow! Wanted an inspection to hand to my builder for our 1 year walkthrough. Thank God we did! He found substandard work in the crawl space that even the county inspector missed! And our stonework on the exterior was done wrong = long term wall rot. The list goes on. Highly qualified engineer - I will recommend to all my neighbors who are building!
