Terry was very prompt in both responding to my request and scheduling an inspection on relatively short notice. I was very impressed with the depth of his review (both written and pictures taken) and the professional manner in which he communicated with me and conducted his business. He is both a licensed PE as well as a licensed home inspector. This service was for a Pre-drywall inspection for a home under construction.
