Terry was extremely thorough with my home inspection. The inspection report was very professional and easy to follow. Terry made detailed notes about every single line item, including potential hazards (both present and future), assumed causes of certain issues, standard practices, and even suggestions for the best resolution of each incident. The (very) detailed report was made available within less than 48 hours of the completed inspection. Terry commented on even seemingly non-consequential items like a loose door handle or ripple in the carpet.
