Description of Work: I had 3 rooms steam cleaned and I also had the carpet protector applied. I also had them Scotchguard my new couch. I was VERY pleased with the service. I left a voicemail for my initial contact but they called me back promptly. I asked about the scotchguard and the carpet protection spray, but there was no attempt to "upsell" me to those products. The technician was very thorough and efficient. I felt the price was very reasonable. The next day I realized I wanted a small area rug cleaned. I called the company and they offered to pick that rug up at my home.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and cleaned up after the job. I am a skeptic, and have to say I was extremely pleased. I have them scheduled to come back before a party I am having in a few weeks. I would recommend Darrell highly!
Description of Work: About 6 months ago, Clean Carpet Pro did my entire house for an extremely reasonable rate. The really excellent thing about them is that they got up stains that other companies couldn't get out. They go the extra mile.
