Excellent. This is the second time I've used this company. They always respond quickly, start early in the day (not at noon, like a lot of contractors), and stay on the job until it's done. I expected this job was going to take a week or two, but they finished in less than three days. Just like last time, the owner worked directly on the job - along side his crew - to see to it that everything was done perfectly. The wall is straight and true in all the right places, and perfectly curved where it is supposed to be. Price was very competitive, and they properly cleaned up, and quickly moved their equipment out when finished.
Description of Work: Built a traditional concrete block retaining wall about 2' tall x 125' long (curved). Dug and poured a solid concrete footing for the wall, built the wall with appropriate weep pipes, and installed a large french drain system in front of the wall; performed final grading to eliminate any drainage problems, a cleaned up completely.

He never showed up and has yet to return my calls. I am unimpressed, and will find another contractor.
Description of Work: I talked with the owner and he agreed to come out and give me an estimate for building a brick mailbox. He seemed eager for the work and confident he could complete the job in a timely manner. His offhand estimate of the cost was appropriate. Estimate: $650.00.

Robert answered his phone and was always easy to get a hold of. Price was competitive with other bids. I had one bid over $10,000! Robert worked alongside his crew everyday. They were always on time, started the job promptly, finished quickly, and did a fair general clean up. I believe it took just two days to do the demolition, dig the footings, and pour concrete. After the footings had set, it was just two more days to do the block and brick work, one week total from start to finish (and that's because it rained and froze midweek). The masonry work is straight and true.
Description of Work: They demolished a 6 x 10 x 4 brick and concrete porch, then excavated, poured footings, and placed block and brick for a 1500 sq. ft. addition on our single family home. Price was for labor and concrete for the footings. I provided all other materials.
