+ -1 moreThey're pretty laxed, they don't show up on the days they say they will. It's my understanding that when they do have delays, you have to jump through hoops to find out when they'll show up. I signed up for their premiere service which means they will provide me with a larger trash can, and they said it will take six weeks. Odd when they come by every week. They're supposed to come on Thursdays, but if they don't they come at 6am on Friday.
Description of Work: They take the trash each week. They don't do recycling anymore.

+ -1 moreWe've used them since the late 80's and I guess we're pretty happy with them because we've kept them that long. The drivers' always wave to me when they come. They are always here, but if not they send a message to say why like if it's a holiday or whatever. The price is good and I haven't had any problems with them whatsoever. If the dumpster lids break off they come and replace it with no problem.
Description of Work: Waste Management collects our garbage once a week.
