+ -1 moreTerrible steer clear of this outfit. I put a deposit down sixteen months ago and still have nothing. The staff is rude and are liars. I have reported them to the BBB and attorney general. Now I am taking civil action against the person who wrote the contract and took my deposit.

+ -1 morePlease don’t use this company. Their drawings show they anchor their buildings to the ground and guarantee their buildings for up to 145mph winds, that’s a category 4 hurricane. In my case, they did not anchor the building, resulting in complete destruction in a tropical storm. They are not refunding me. I have reported them to the appropriate regulatory agencies and attorneys general. Buyer beware!

+ -1 morepaid a deposit with delivery promised in two to four months. It has been almost seven months and I still do not have a delivery date. They never answer the phone and do not even return my calls. I have open cases with the BBB and North Carolina Attorney Generals office. If you are having the same problem please alert the authorities so this company can get straightened out.

+ -1 moreOn February 24, 2021 I ordered an overhead cover /garage to be delivered and installed by TNT Carports, Mt Airy NC. I reside in MD. Steve the sales told me that delivery would be in a 4-14 week window and assured me that this would address the steal supply line issues. I have this in an email. The paperwork I signed with the deposits says delivery in a 60 day window. Despite many calls and emails to this company, I cannot find out when to expect installation. They JUST KEEP SAYINY WE DID NOT PROMISE ANY TIME FRAME AND YOU WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE ARE RADY. I made Steve aware that I had a dead line for delivery. This company completely ignores all phone calls. I ask to talk with owners and managers and just get put on hold indefinably. I asked to cancel the order and was told I would not get my money back. I simply ordered a product, paid the deposit, and would now like for my building to be delivered and installed.

+ -1 moreThey didn’t get back to me in a timely manner. When they did finally get me a quote they never replied to my questions. We were prepared to purchase the barn but they stopped responding for no apparent reason. When I contacted the main office to see if there was another sales person who wanted my business, their response was to send me an email telling me they had removed me from their system. I’m never experience this level of rude customer service. I’m very happy I didn’t purchase their building.

Description of Work: They installed a carport on my property. The installation crew did a very good job - they knew their business. When I first made my deal with them, I was told that they would schedule the work and call me when they would be here, but no specific time was given. They called and said they would be here at 8am on Monday. I waited until 10 and then called them. I was told about some truck breakdown. It was then I discovered they had a warehouse in Temple, Texas which is a good 3 hours from Kerrville. Second bit of erroneous info. Said they would be here each of next three days - didn't show. Of course, all this time I was pinned down at home waiting. I finally gave them a deadline or I would cancel. They promised to be here the next AM. Did not get here until about five PM. Then they showed me that two of their roof panels were too short and would have to be replaced. I did not pay them as the deal required. I called them, the rep said okay, she would tell Acct's payable and would schedule repairs. Two weeks now, no word. The product was good, the price was right, and if I ever need another, I may buy from them.

Description of Work: Installed large 31 long x 48 wide carport. Sides covered ends open ground mounted with helical anchors. Very happy with the quality of the building. Crew was very professional and left the yard in really good shape.

+ -1 moreInstallers showed up late, then said they had wrong materials. Were supposed to come back the next day at 8:00. Never showed, never called. Called me the next day at work. "we are at your house". Installed quickly and properly. Now a week later it's already starting to rust.

Description of Work: Did not respond to phone calls. Scheduled the service but did not show and then would not respond to my phone inquiries. Thye installer completely blew me off, and I believe he was an illegal immigrant. Totally dissatisfied!

+ -1 moreThere were a couple of things that I was dissatisfied with. They bent one of the pieces on the top of the barn when they were walking around on it so I called them back out to replace it. They did come back but ended up not replacing it and our building continues to leak very badly. I ended up with holding a couple hundred dollars of the payment because the building still leaks and they had not done the job to my satisfaction. They have never come back for their money and I have not contacted them again.
Description of Work: They built a 22 by 26 metal building for us that we use as a barn for our horses.
