Their team was excellent and even had their expert wiring tech to come out to ensure that the complicated wiring was done correctly. They took the time to show me how to use the Wi Fi thermostat.

Their work was excellent and on time every time. The installers were efficient and professional. They always follow up and follow thru.

The service call showed up within the hour. They not only assessed the issues but also helped me get up the water. The technical system evaluation was very informative. They took the time to answer all my questions and to go over the different systems I was considering. Their assistance and knowledge helped me pick the most cost efficient and effective system for my home.

My wife scheduled our HVAC to be cleaned by this company. When the service tech came on site he told us he would not be cleaning the coils because that was part of the Platinum service plan only. We were told on the phone we would get the cleaning and was not told nor did we agree to a Platinum Service plan. We told them we did not want their service because they mislead us and were not truthful when making the appointment. We were then told there would still be a $90.00 service charge, FOR NO WORK AT ALL. We told them we never agreed to this and will not pay it. After the tech left my wife called to speak with the manager Michelle, but she was suddenly not available and has not returned her call. Please be cautious with this company. Make sure all work and costs are agreed to up front. If you can get the work to be performed in writing do so. My opinion of them is to use a different company, or take a HVAC class to clean your system yourself. Minisplits are also affordable and DIY capable. For me, I will get a Window Air Conditioner before I use this company to repair or replace my current central HVAC

Overall installation was good. Not many problems. Some parts of the system were not adequately checked to ensure proper operation. Bldg inspector was complimentary of the quality.
